This is an interactive course at Queen Mary University of London.   It combines classwork with excursions to  introduce historical themes through London sites.  We will visit the archaeological site underneath the Royal Mint, handle medieval objects in the Museum of London, and drink tea in the oldest Crypt in the City of London.  This will assist learning and experiencing key facets of medieval and early modern London, from specific events to facets of daily life.
